This statement was issued on May 14th, 2019 by Mayor Caldwell. Red arrows indicate false claims that an EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) had been done for the Sherwood Forest plan. The Master Plan for the project had made it very clear that an EIS had never been done. When confronted with the untruthfulness of this statement and accused of feeding misleading information to the media, the Mayor’s office claimed they had made a typing error.
